VA - Sonic Sounds Vol. 6

We are very pleased to bring to you the latest in the Sonic Sounds compilation series, Sonic Sounds, Vol. 6. This one features great deep tunes from Internal Deep, DJ Mito, Woki Toki and Juanma Llopis.

The first track on this compilation is a great warm up tune by Roman Vysotskiy AKA Internal Deep. The track is a brooding deep cut oozing with ambience slick grooves. Along with a hypnotizing melody, this beautifully produced track is perfect for opening up any set.

Second in this release is a cut by Brazilian producer Luiz Eduardo Ferraz Rodrigues, AKA DJ Mito. The track features a super groovy bassline perfect for middle of the night sets. It has a slightly retro feel to it, and is an authentic deep house groover. Lush vocals enter midway to complete this top class deep cut.

Woki Toki is up next with a tripped out deep house track with a bouncy bassline, catchy vocals and psychedelic harp hits. A truly unique track, this one if perfect for warming up the dance floor for later night sets.

Juanma Llopis is back on Sonic Soul Records with 'Revelry'. This is a super-hot deep cut featuring powerful vocals, tripped out sound effects, and a funky bassline. This is the kind of track with many layers of pure deep house quality that can be played many times without growing old.

Rob Boss - Mellow Acid

This does exactly what it says on the tin! A pumping beat and bass line, but with stunning mellow acid house vibes bringing huge smiles! This will sit very nicely in any quality house set, bringing everyone together for a moment of nostalgia, acknowledgment and understanding.

August Artier - Seas Beyond Time EP

Submarine Vibes proudly presents Seas Beyond Time, the new EP from the Italian producer August Artier, whose past releases were featured on labels such as MNL, Inside Out and Inyan Music.

In his first appearance on Submarine Vibes, August Artier brings us four tracks full of gripping warmth and melancholic sounds mixed in with a healthy dose of dancefloor groove and catchy basslines.

Making its debut on the colossal Ready Mix Miami 2017 Sampler, “Burning Inside” is a potent slice of deep, progressive house music by Amsterdam’s Daniel Testas.

Inspired by sonic adventurers such as Brian Eno and Juan Atkins, Daniel’s atmospheric productions are full of subtle sound design and spatial effects, swooping and swirling between the speakers.

Finding favour with Dave Seaman, Beat Factory, Craig Turner, Mark Mac & Greenfish among many others, “Burning Inside” is a chord-laden, slow moving proggy behemoth with some faintly retro vocal and synth touches, adding a human touch to its dense, electronic aesthetic.

Hungarian DJ and producer D.M.P aka Robert R. Hardy provides the track’s only remix, moving into hypnotic late night territory with a tight and expertly executed dance-floor arrangement.

Finally, Daniel Testas unveils “Thinking Of You”, an arpeggiated, interstellar progressive house journey into outer space.

Although clearly conceived somewhere in the outer reaches of our solar system, this EP was mastered here on earth by Fabien Kamb at Standpoint Mastering in Los Angeles.

The title track is a deep and thoughtful journey, utilizing a multitude of textures and syncopated rhythms transporting you into a realm beyond boundaries. This one is suitable for late nights, early mornings and everything in between. Next up is “Julia”, moving more towards a peak hour energy on the deep tech side. Andromo has been playing for over 15 years, and has graced the decks of some of Latin America’s most prestigious events and clubs. He’s been called one of the hardest working producers and DJ’s in El Salvador, and melds groovy techno and tech house into his DJ Sets. Also know for re-editing tracks in Ableton Live, Andromo makes every set stand out with his own unique flavor. Andromo is also the creator of Rainforest Music, a collective of some of the hottest artists coming out of Central and South America.
