After the success of Sonic Sounds 1 we decided to continue this as a mini-series with each release featuring a few select tracks from exceptional artists in the underground deep house music scene.
This volume opens up with 'That Dirt', a deep and ambient track from Phasen. Haunting chords, well placed percussion, and deep vocals combine to create the perfect warm up track for any set.
Up next is 'Solitude' from Tony S. In his typical style this tracks gets the funky groove going with a warm and uplifting baseline along with deep vocals, sassy stabs and piano chords throughout. A great track to get the energy moving a bit faster.
The third track 'Something That You' comes from the Polish due Tidy Daps. This is track that overflows with deep vibes, emotional vocals and chords, and a understated baseline.
'Nobody Else' from Gurhan is a powerful and uplifting psychedelic deep house groover that is perfect for peak time. The beautiful arpeggios, pads and vocals, are typical of Gurhan's unique style which is very easily recognisable.
